Our venue is one of Long Beach’s gems; it is a historic building with art deco and museum architecture including wood floors and marble. Our ballroom is 3825 sq. ft. can seat up 300-350 guests. Pricing includes tables that sit 8-10 guests and chairs. Ballroom can be configured for small or large events and includes a portable bar and dance floor. We offer choice and flexibility.
Our building closes at midnight; the bar closes at 11:45 pm. Free fenced and patrolled parking is available for your guests up to 155 spaces.
An experienced Event Manager is assigned to your event; our professional staff handles serving/cleanup and work with you to ensure that expectations are met. Our Licensed Bartender pours beverages that you provide for 5 or 6 hours.
No parking, corkage, cake cutting fees, beverage or per person minimums, children pricing or union fees. Outside catering fee of $250.00 applies.

You can also contract own caterer who will need to provide staff for plating, serving and clean up. Set up and decorating can be arranged 1 or 2 days prior to the event for 2 hours.
With our flexibility, you can bring in your own photographers, DJ, florists, event planners, music/sound and linens.
Kitchen is available for food prep, staging, refrigeration and warming food only no cooking.

A $500.00 non-refundable booking event fee is required to confirm and book your date. A $500.00 security deposit is also required which will be returned after the event if there are no damages or additional cleaning. This deposit can be a credit card hold or check that will be held.
Event fee/security deposits do not need to paid at the same time and payments can be made.
Full payment, signed contract and insurance certification are required 10 days prior to the event.
Ernest Borgnine Theatre is a professional theater with sound and lighting is available for weddings and performances and seats 800 at an additional cost.
Bride and Family Lounge is available.
Ballroom has a dancing area, stage, and kitchen for prep.
Ballroom pricing starts at $3600-$4000 (estimate only) + services.

Built in 1926 and designated Historical Landmark #8 by the City of Long Beach, we are located only minutes from beaches, airports, the Queen Mary and civic centers. With ample fenced parking, an 800 seat auditorium and numerous other rooms, large and small, we are ideally suited for your next wedding, theatrical performance, business or social meeting.
